We’ve designed each Vortex Worm Gear Speed Reducer with:
Ground Gearing to give our gears a superior surface finish, reducing heat and friction inside the gearbox and allowing them to run quietly, transmit more horsepower, and last longer.
Metal-reinforced, spring-loaded, double-lip oil seals ride on plunge-ground seats minimizing oil leakage and providing longer seal life.
NEMA C input flanges allow easy integration with off-the-shelf electric motors. Drop-in replacement for metric dimension reducers like Motovario and other prominent European brands.
Synthetic Food-Grade Lubricant. Reducers come prefilled with lubricant designed to last the life of the reducer - no oil changes or maintenance required
(VMRV-110 and larger excluded).
Heat-sinking fins in our reducer housing lower the oil temperature and extend the life of your reducer, saving you money and time on maintenance and repairs.
